Mexican Congress promotes a «friendship» delegation with senior officials of the Nicaraguan dictatorship

Court Confirms Acquittal of Santa Marta Environmental Leaders in El Salvador

For the second time, environmental leaders and human rights defenders from the Santa Marta community in El Salvador have been declared innocent. The court found the evidence presented against them insufficient. The community and social organizations hope that the State «will stop wasting its resources» on criminalizing these leaders.
